We have been making so many changes that are hard to convey to our out of office BA's. Because of those changes we have a bit of confusion on who to reach out to for certain things. We would like to help better our communication by informing you all of the new chain of command, so things do not slip through the cracks.

Luke coverers the following  BA issues-

• Show Scheduling
• A weekly update will be emailed to you, be sure to read it over and check to be sure the show dates work for you before agreeing to each show.
• Be sure to let him know as soon as possible which shows you would like to work for travel purposes.  Also if there is a date in the future you cannot work., let him know ASAP. Email is best until we get the new program up and running.

• BA’s Recruiting and Vetting - Send Luke any contact info for qualifying Reps 

• Any Show issues - Booth Location, Wifi Issues, etc.

• Any Shopify Issues- Set up, Testing, Sales

• Show Reports and Commission Payments

• Any Personal Info Changes- email, address, phone, bank account or emergency contacts
• Notes on Show Sales- Other BA's sale, Discounts, etc.
• Deposits- Amount, Issues
• After show Inventory Count- Protocols for Inventory After each show (count as packing up) Please contact Luke if you have any issues receiving or planning return shipments.

Pitch Perfect Contest

To All EBA’s & BA’s

We are holding a best pitch contest in the next 2 weeks to determine who has the best pitches. All entries must be in by 5/25/18, all Reps must participate.

You can video or write out your best 3 pitches from intro to close on our products.  You will be judged on originality, professionalism and of course effectiveness.  Although there will be top 3 winners, our goal is to get the top 3 pitches, to share our knowledge with each other across the country, but also to dissect all your input to create new ones.

As our Reps in the field, you have vital info on how to engage, inform and close customers for the sale.  Let’s all put forward our best efforts, and may the best pitch win!

• We are starting to use a new program to keep track of all products in and out of our warehouse. It is very important that you have the correct count in the beginning, from there it will track each show sale and take it directly from your inventory. Be sure that All BA’s are inputting each and every jar, if it is used for filler or extras in a sale you must create a sale for everything.
• Starting this weekend everyone needs to be sure you enter all outgoing product.
• The Show Managers will be responsible for each jar, be sure you keep an eye on your BA's and remind them if needed to log each jar going out the door. 
• Each 9oz sold at a show counts the free travel given with it. If you give out more than the one per 9oz you must enter it in the sale, not the notes.
• EXP: 1 Family pack ( 4 9oz, 4 travels) plus 2 travels should look like this -
• This weekend will be the only buffer, next week every show manager will be held responsible for any missing inventory.
